Thanks to all those who served at God’s Work, Our Hands this past Sunday. Here’s what happened.

  • A delicious dinner was served at Alexandra House, a shelter for abused women –  and many supplies were purchased and delivered there also.
  • Many shut-ins and their families were visited and loved up with a care package (and a listening ear)
  • Three miles of Bunker Lake Blvd were cleared of trash alongside the roads – extra thanks for battling those ouch-y burrs J
  • At Stepping Stone Emergency Housing in Anoka, a large wooded area was cleared of brush … and Dave did NOT get poison ivy (Praise God)
  • Lots of encouraging notes were written for the staff at Sand Creek Elementary, our Faith & Community Partners
  • Connections were made, friendships strengthened and God’s grace was expressed . . . and experienced!
